Online Return Policy

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, Unwashed and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, ear, and odor.
  • Swimwear, shapers, undergarments and one size items are non-returnable. 
  • Lingerie boxes will not be accepted for returns 
  • Shapewear will not be accepted for returns 
  • Beauty products, Oils, Fragrances, Cosmetics, and Accessories are non-returnable. ​
  • Sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for return.

All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment in which you paid.

  • ​ Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our warehouse/ online department. 

 Note; Your bank can take a few more days to properly credit your bank account. It all depends on your bank.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return your items.


  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please report any damage or defective merchandise promptly after your package has been delivered.

  • All returns must include a note inside detailing your information such as, Order number, Name, Address, and Phone number. 

  • Gray Fashion is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and save your tracking information.

Important Notes; 
  You may need your shipping receipt to dispute the returned package with the shipping carrier in case the package is lost on its way to us. 
When returning by mail, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. Depending on the shipping method and carrier used to return, your return package may take several days or weeks to reach us. Keep your proof of postage as you may need it in case package is lost. We are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Once your return is fully processed, We will issue you a Refund minus Initial Shipping Cost.
You may return items at one of our retail stores to receive a refund or store credit or process an exchange. 

Reserved Rights

​Gray Fashion reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, exchange, refund and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Gray Fashion reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns, exchanges
 (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Showroom Store Policy (Physical Store)

Note; Receipts are either printed or sent electronically via email or text message. When you make an account your receipts are stored in your customer profile, However it is not guaranteed your receipts will be saved. 

Exchanges and returns are accepted 

    • You have 15 days to exchange or return your items
    • You must bring your receipts, Tags, and Original Packaging.
    • Swimwear, shapers, undergarments and one size items are non-returnable. 
  • Clothing apparel must come Clean, Odorless, Unworn & Stain free. 
  • Opened lingerie boxes will not be exchanged. 
  • All merchandise must be free of any smells including but not limited to: 

 Cigarettes, Fragrances, Deodorant, Food, and any other smell indicating use. 

  • All items must have Tags, Labels and Barcodes attached.
  • Shapewear, beauty products, one size items, accessories, lingerie and intimates products are all final sale. Including but not limited to lingerie boxes, underwear, swimwear, lingerie apparel, toys, lubricants, lotions, eatables, supplements, pasties, bras and anything that falls under intimate.

 Important Notes;

After your purchase we are not responsible for any Defects, Damages or Stains. You must check all items before 
buying and/ or exiting the store. We advise that you physically and carefully check all items prior to purchase. We are not responsible for damaged or defective merchandise after purchase. We have no way of knowing if the customer damaged the item and so we take no responsibility.

 Layaway Policy

  • 30 days on hold. 

 Unless order is Satisfied, Completed, or Surrendered.

  • You can make as many deposits as you wish until order is paid in full.
  • Coupons and promotions are not applicable to layaways.

 Note; We can only apply your member discount of 5% and nothing more.

  • You have an extension of 5 days after your layaway expires to complete your order.

 Note; If you do not complete your layaway within the given time frame your deposits will be lost. Layaway items will be taken out after 35 days and they will be put back for sale. 

  • You cannot return any items from layaway.

Note; Even if the layaway order is completed you cannot return or exchange any item associated with your layaway order.

  • Layaway items are final sale. 
  • You have 3 days to make changes from the initial order placement.                                                                                

Note; This is the time to make changes to your order before its too late to change sizes, colors, style, or cancel your order.

  • You cannot exchange, cancel, replace or add items after 3 days of the initial order.
  • You have 3 days to cancel your Layaway. 

Note; After (3) days on hold we will not exchange size, color or style. 

  • You cannot take out any item until the order is completed and paid in full. 

 Note; You have 3 days to make changes or cancel your items, deposit will be returned within the 3 days of initial order.


  • Gift cards do not expire. 

Note; Gift card may not expire but keep in mind that we don't keep records of who has credit therefore save your card.

  • Replacement cards will not be issued.

  Note; If you loose your card we cannot issue a new card. Lost gift cards are lost money. This also applies to digital cards. We recommend you take a picture of the full card detail.

  • We issue digital gift cards for free using your email address or phone number, all information including balance and card number is sent via an email or text link. If you wish to purchase a physical card you have to pay $1.00 if in stock otherwise you will get a digital card.
  • Do not dispose of both plastic or digital cards until all credit has been redeemed.
  • Gift cards issued in store can only be used in our retail locations and on our website. 
  • ​We charge tax on purchases made with gift cards.



Please not that we retain your info only for 120 days for any potential charge back or fraud claim. Your information is safe and is only attached to your purchase. We may at the time of such claim share your info with our bank and yours and any third parties including enforcement agencies  and local authorities. We have the right to proceed with legal steps if we deem necessary. Please think twice before doing any wrongdoing we are a small business and family owned.
